Profiling the job

Evaluation of job candidates by professionals outside the organization can provide valuable information to management for making hiring decisions.  Jackson, Wong & Associates will work with your company to identify essential requirements of the job.  From this we will develop a list of appropriate competencies for successful performance of that position.

Assessing the candidate's characteristics

Job candidates are evaluated through impressions formed during a structured in-depth interview combined with information gathered from the administration of personality, problem solving and special ability testing.

Matching candidates with the job

The suitability of each candidate is determined by comparing his or her knowledge, skills, abilities and personality characteristics with the list of competencies identified for successful job performance.

Initial feedback about a job candidate is available to appropriate managers immediately after an assessment, either in person or over the phone, depending on the location of the assessment.  A written report of impressions will follow usually within three working days of the assessment.  Feedback may also be offered to the candidate at the organization's discretion.
