BILL SOPER, a service sector professional with over 25 years of experience in corporate outplacement, counseling, training and pastoral ministry, possesses a unique blend of interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.  Bill has worked for both large and small career management firms and has engaged in career planning, coaching, resume preparation and career enhancement for hourly as well as mid-level and senior management clients. 

Bill holds a Master of Divinity degree from Union Theological Seminary in New York City and has served as the Senior Pastor of a 1,200-member congregation in Connecticut. He made a career transition of his own in 1996, moving to Atlanta and focusing his attention and expertise on meeting the needs of corporate clients.
